Cherry Berry Smoothie

Try this delcious smoothie for breakfast to boost your metabolism or as a mid-afternoon snack to reduce your sugar cravings.

1 cup full-fat cherry yogurt
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1 cup frozen, pitted cherries
3/4 cup frozen blueberries

Combine the yogurt and cranberry juice in the blender. Add the cherries and berries. Blend until smooth. Serves 2.
