"An experience I think everyone should have, I have loved G-Low Fitness Academy! I have met fab friends and got very fit (an achievement I didn't think would be possible). Graham encouraged me all the way, it has been a pleasure even though at first I thought I was going to pass out. Graham is very easy to get along with and explains exercises in detail, therefore making you feel confident about what you are about to do. Always encourages you to push yourself further.
